Zellner Named To All Freshman Team

Daveion Zellner was recognized for his outstanding basketball play throughout the season and was named to the GJCAA Region 17 All Freshman Team. Zellner led Gordon College in scoring and rebounding averaging 13.7 points and 8.4 rebounds. He also had a double – double in 13 games and shot 46.2% from the field.
Along with Zellner, four other freshmen around the league were selected to the team. Antonio Tribble (Coastal Georgia), Kori Forge (Middle Georgia), Jae Crowder (South Georgia Tech) and Antonio Bell (South Georgia Tech) rounded out the top five. Congratulations Daveion!
