Jones enters his second season as Assistant Coach of the Gordon College Highlanders. Before coming to Gordon College in the fall of 2008, Jones attended St. Thomas Aquinas HS in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he was the starting catcher on the varsity baseball team for 2 years. After graduation Jones moved on to Piedmont College where he received his B.A. in Business as well as his Master in Business Administration. While at Piedmont Jones was the starting catcher for the Lions and was named to the 2005 GSAC 1st Team All-Conference Team. While in graduate school Jones was also an assistance baseball coach for the Lions and maintained the athletic fields. Jones was born in Sunrise, FL on July 25th, 1984 and resides in Barnesville, GA.
