Lee Fruitticher and Richard Baskin have been selected to represent Gordon College in the University System of Georgia's Executive Leadership Institute pilot program.

The institute addresses the need for succession planning by identifying and developing employees to equip them to become the next generation of leaders. Participants are selected based on a defined list of qualification including experience, education and leadership potential.

| Fruitticher |
Fruitticher was recently promoted to Vice President of Business Affairs at Gordon College. He previously served as associate vice president of business affairs and has been at Gordon College for three years. Prior to his position at Gordon, Fruitticher was controller at Macon State.
Baskin is chair of the humanities division and associate professor of English. He has been at Gordon College for 6 years. He attended the University of North Texas and earned his Ph.D. at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
