Payment Deadline
Summer 2008 - Students must pay for tuition, fees, and room by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2008. Schedules not fully paid by the deadline will be dropped.
Fall 2008 - Students must pay for tuition, fees, dorm, meals, and rent by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2008. Schedules not fully paid by the deadline will be dropped.
Meal Plans
Any student living on-campus during fall or spring semester must purchase a meal plan. Plans may be increased during the first two weeks of the semester but may only be decreased before the first day of school.
Payment Information
NEW THIS SEMESTER
Students with enough financial aid or scholarships to pay for all charges will automatically have their schedules held. Do not assume that you are in this category. In Banner Web view Check Registration Status to see if aid has held your schedule or if you still owe money. Money owed must be paid by the appropriate deadline, or your schedule will be dropped.

Books and Supplies
Books and supplies may be charged against aid balances May 20-29 and June 23-25 (Summer) and August 13-25 (Fall).
Refunding Policy
Any refund owed to you will be released by Higher One by June 11 (Summer) and September 1 (Fall). For further details about HigherOne visit the Business Office website at .
HOPE Recipients
HOPE book money will be released to you by Higher One on May 20 (Summer) and August 13 (Fall) if you have a schedule in place by May 18 (Summer) or August 10 (Fall) and you have not authorized Gordon to hold your HOPE funds for Bookstore purchases.
